Shipping policy

We offer free ground shipping MOST orders over $100 in the United States of America's contiguous 48 states*. We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories and other countries at an added cost calculated at checkout.

OEM Kawasaki Parts that we DO NOT have in our warehouse will have to be ordered in from Kawasaki to us and this will delay shipping to you (in most cases no more than 5 business days, excluding Holidays*)

*Oversized items that have to be shipped LTL freight (i.e. complete engines, hard cabs) do NOT qualify for Free Shipping over $100. The same goes for oversized items shipping UPS Ground (i.e. Roofs & Snow Plow Kits) SHIPPING COST WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT FOR THESE EXCLUDED ITEMS.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled. Please allow one business day for handling time. Expedited orders must be placed by 12pm EST. 

We are not responsible if expedited orders (i.e. UPS Next Day Air) arrive later than the expected time frame. We have no control over UPS or its affiliates nor can we predict weather impacts or acts of God. Trailsport Motors LLC reserves the right to not refund expedited shipping costs if delays happen.
